A good BBQ sauce is a must and I have been working to find a homemade sauce that I like. Everyone has a different level of tart to sweet, spicy to cool. This is a sauce I have made twice now and used as a dip for my BBQ Quesadillas. I adore a bbq that has a good tang with undertones of sweet and I think this is just that.
